Quote by Sakura-DustI have a question
too.
Is it a must to have two images? What if
I find what I need in just one image without having to combine
them?
Sorry, Sakura - it's a must. Otherwise the image
wouldn't be a chimaera. (unless you combine two characters from a group scan - I
think I'd agree to that, but let's hear from the other mods )

Quote by erikamirouooohh i love the
idea! I'm in too! just a question: we have to use scans or we can use fanarts?
You can use official fanarts or fanarts from people that gave you permission to
use their image ^^
Yatta!
Finally we are getting powerful with 200+ members So,
this is a celebration contest as well as a long awaited one
Here are the details (read them and then join lol)
TITLE: Two bodies - One love
The title refers to the fact that no matter how much people would mess with our
favourite characters we still love them. If you think it's lame, oh well, the
others didn't have any idea so... this one stays.
DESCRIPTION:
Okay here we go: 1.First off I would prefer the entries to
be vectors, but if you decide to go with wallpaper - please do not use ANY
BRUSHES OR TEXTURES, also NO BLUR/SMUDGE. Patterns are okay as well as gradients
(I'm gonna regret this later ). We
want this to be as close to the theme of the group (~Vectory~ is called that for
a reason ) 2.Secondly since this is a contest of
your creativity - the vector must be made out of AT LEAST TWO SCANS and you'll
just see why: 3.The contest has two categories: you can
either choose one or both but you are limited to three submission (although you
don't have to submit so many works) I. Category: Cross-dress
LoL, the title should give you a pretty nice idea on what you're supposed to do:
the idea is to put a person into clothing of the opposite gender (but still
keeping their original figure - meaning a cross-dressing guy DOES NOT HAVE BOOBS
while a cross-dressing girl DOES)
You do not have to limit yourself to one anime series - cross-overs are more
than welcome.
II. Category: Chimaera
Basically it's the same as cross-dress but the characters are of the same
gender... but if you are willing to make the merging between a character and a
mecha or dragon or whatever else it will also go to this category - the only
thing is NO CROSS-DRESSING. Other than that the same rules apply to this as to
the cross-dress category. 4. The deadline is *drumroll* June 8th -
this should give you enough time to think this through, decide on the scans and
make your entries as good as possible. If there would be some problems just near
the deadline and many people will want to move it we'll discuss it. Hopefully I
give you enough time to end the contest exactly as planned.
Once again I will emphasize on the most important things: No raster techniques
allowed: no textures, no brushes, no blur, no smudge. The only rasters allowed
are: gradient and patterns. The vector must incorporate AT THE VERY LEAST two
scans.
EXAMPLE/PROMO:
I admit the promo is for the cross-dress category, 'cause I'm in a mood that
makes me want to make things just for the lolz right now so here you go: >>Promo<<
Edit: (thanks for noticing MapleRose)
We'll be choosing three winners:
1. Best cross-dresser
2. Best chimaera
3. People's award
The first two are chosen by a jury of admins not participating in the contest
and one member that cannot participate but wants to help judging (if you're
interested send your application to me ). The
People's award is given via your votes.
@WingPilot2: The image is most probably by TonyTaka (he has a gallery here on
MT). He is known for making some eromangas and making Shining Wind.
Unfortunately I was unable to find a picture of him. Hope I helped

lol I just found exactly the image you posted and with the name of the artist -
and it IS TonyTaka
Quote by UttaraWell, clearly, you're
psychic powers are sadly lacking, and you need to work on better developing
them.
Lol, I second that
I hate it when people start the 'you SHOULD KNOW what you did to me thing. If there's something wrong one should say it out loud and not make the other
one think about it. Of course you won't remember what you did to her, 'cause you
obviously didn't do it because of ill will, but by not noticing it was hurtful
toward her. I think you should talk to her and make her understand that you
didn't want to hurt her ,and that you cannot remember what it was that could've
hurt her, because you didn't mean it. IF she's still refusing to tell you it
means she's the kind of person described by ArtificialRaindrop (I don't wanna be
repetitive) and you should give up. Maybe she'll come round, maybe not, but
that's all you can do.
@xAnime4lifeX the author is Sakura Kinoshita. the series is 'Matantei Loki
Ragnarok' or 'Mythical Detective Loki'. This author has a gallery here on MT
He
is also the author of the series 'Tactics'
I saw the concert: The author of the characters is called Jun Abe. The three
heroes are called DR.MOOG, GIANT STRONG, and Capsule Kei. As far as I know they
are not from any manga and they were done especially for Glay's
'HIGHCOMMUNICATION Tour 2007-2008'. That is all I know, hope it's enough detail.
For me Wagaya no Oinarisama is an instant win between the two. The manga design
of Houden Eizo made me look this up and I got into the series fairly quickly.
The balanced plot,as you have nicely described it is worth while (or at least
one doesn't feel as if they wasted their time after reading) The animation of
the series is good enough for me. Plus I love the
I-don't-remember-my-gender-I'll-go-with-both FoxSpirit. Kanokon on the other
hand, tired me out when I tried it and therefore I dropped it and lost interest.
no... .jpg is a raster graphics extension... but it's the only one accepted on
MT. if you want a 'true' vector, that is editable in corel you have to save it
as .svg...
Don't lie like that MapleRose (you did make me happy for a second
though...)
Okay, I'll try the two truths - one lie:
1. there's only one frog in my wall
2. my wall has bright colours
3. you cannot see the whole Keroro in my wall
Even when you say so... I look at my wallpaper and it's so obvious... I
suck at this... but I'm not giving up, the next round will be better
hopefully...
I'm gonna participate, but somewhere around May/June (my holidays aren't until
August so it would be a bit to late ). Nice theme (oh and I never had that kind of essay - even as a kid , but I
get the idea)
well... that depends on a persons attitude toward both programs. I tried both
and between the two Illustrator wins head on. Corel is boring and over packed
with unnecessary stuff that only make the vectoring pretty tiresome t times - at
least for me. The best way to check which one is better is to try them both
From my point of view I would recommend
Illustrator
Well for the two latter I could only guess they are fanarts/doujins. Anyways the
first image is from the To Heart2 Game >>Click to see the official
site<<
Her name is Manaka Komaki if that helps she always has her hair like that. You
can find a ToHeart gallery here on MT
Basically if you want the vector to not be pixelized after zooming you must save
it with the .svg extension. I understand you made your vector in a
vector-graphic programme and thus are able to do that. Be aware that if you plan
on submitting the vector to MT it is not possible to submit it as an .svg since
the only file types accepted on MT are .jpg
Lol as far as I remember I forgot to introduce myself when I first went on MT
Anyways nice to meet you have a good day. If you're going to submit art I
recommend you read the MT
Policy so as not to get in potential trouble (that
happens a lot to the newbies so... ) If you
have any questions feel free to visit my GB and post ^^
Once again ~Welcome to MT~
well... if you want 'pure' vectoring you would have to use Illustrator for
that... the steps are basically the same as in photoshop' method of using
shapes, but you do not work with the 'add anchor point' tool, but you trace the
images as you go
congratulations erika, may you have fun with work ^^
Sorry, Sakura - it's a must. Otherwise the image wouldn't be a chimaera. (unless you combine two characters from a group scan - I think I'd agree to that, but let's hear from the other mods

SO blood is a must *cries in corner* I've never done that... it's gonna be hard, but I'll definitely take part in this contest!
hard... *twitch twitch* will try,but umm... hard... *feels stupid*

As for vectory, since all three active admins are part of the game I think it's safe to say that the group would happily spread the W?W love

Nothing more. The censored scene is... *nosebleed*
Yup. Just after finishing your work go to file->save as-> and choose from the menu .jpg then you'll just have to choose the quality and such
I'm gonna participate, but somewhere around May/June (my holidays aren't until August so it would be a bit to late
